I am so glad I found Allotments 4 all. I have had some good advice. and help .also I feel I know people on here, although we have never met. thanks to everyone for making me feel welcome

There seems to be something for everyone on this site, photos, keeping animals, wildlife, recipes, as well as gardens. I have been trying to get OH to join as he makes wines, cider and beers. And you can just come for chat and a gossip x

Oh Aden come on. If you set off early enough you'd get there. You could pack a tent & make a weekend of it. I hope your folks are happy in their new abode & life is a little easier for you ;D

Life's lovely thanks GJ. Much more relaxed and my parents get far more help as I'm in and out across the road like a yo-yo when I haven't escaped to the plot.  ;)

The prospect of a long, gentle cycle ride with tent & gear packed in the trailer is very attractive but I'd have to be back if there were a nighttime frost forecast.  ;)

It's certainly kept me going on more than one occasions when things have been a bit tough.

It's a good place to have a whinge and a moan too... "get it out of your system!!" without offending or boring others as there are plenty of people to listen, support and share.

It's a great place to escape and unwind in / on.
