Allotments 4 All

I was widening a bed this weekend, when I discovered lots of pink fir apple potatoes under the path I was digging up! In the end I got about a third of a sackful. They must have grown out a long way sideways during the summer!

Bonus - I thought we'd eaten the last of them a couple of weeks ago  :)

Result, cut in three's and straight in the chip pan.   :D

Try some as mash, it's delish!

I think it will be chips and mash and boiled!  :) :)
