Allotments 4 All

I have one daffodil in flower.  Lidl have got their seeds in, and my first broad beans are poking their heads through the compost. Peas are chitting.  9 plus hours of sunshine. 

Pity about the cold wind. 

Can't win 'em all..  :-X

Definitely not spring here.  -10C today and still a light dusting of snow in the fields from Sunday.  Getting colder towards the weekend.

My eldest is in Sittard/Gelen... and probably freezing his bits off!  :-X

Maybe ...but winter has finally arrived here.

Ive got love song tulips out and the dafs have yellow buds. Its still light at 4.45pm and theres only 7 weeks to the last frost here.

There are definately stirings:)

Just been watching a poor Blackbird hiding from the snow under our garden bench

Who said spring is on the way, Snow way.    :D

Sorry no spring here yet garden has 4" of solid ice all over it. It started to rain about 8/30 last night and then frozed on top, not looking to bright here :(
