I mentioned about my empty seed pkt from T&M well i took the pkt to the garden centre,and had no trouble at all  ;D

I usually deal directly with the seed companies and find them very helpful. A couple of years back I complained because a packet of seeds with "average contents 40 seeds" only had 12 in. They quickly sent a second packet. I also wrote to one company after a failure with mushroom spawn. I only asked what they thought I had done wrong, but they sent another packet for me to try again. I guess its in their interests to keep us happy.
