I was given this book for Xmas and have cooked 3 recipes from it this week already, it is a really good cook book for veg lovers!
Is there a place to recommend books on this forum?  I had a look but couldn't find one, I would love to see other people's favourite books x

the soup section is amazing, I did the curried sweet potato one, but I like the sound of the parsnip and ginger one I might make it in the week :)

I Had it in my stocking too! have made two soups, Leek & cannellini (sp?) bean cept I used Broad Beans and Lentil and Spinach both really really good even though they did not sound terribly inspiring.
My OH is going to use it for the one night a month he's in charge of the kitchen including the planning and shopping so can't be bad.

Brilliant book! Got it for x-mas and have tried a few things so far, all of which did actually end up looking like the lovely photos and tasting as good as hoped! I have finally got the wife to commit to veggy meals a couple of times a week with the help of this book, result. This will be a permanent fixture in our kitchen.
