Allotments 4 All

Some of our Forum Members have the ability to make me smile even when they are writing about serious subjects.

Take Unwashed for example, writing today in Council changing rules without notifying plot holders

If your Town Council is reasonable they'll yield to the strength of your argument, but if they're power-crazed despots they'll victimise you for the audacity of challenging them

I just love that!  Fortunately, the three people who work in our Allotments Department at the Council are not power-crazed despots but that phrase is going to make me smile every time I think about it.

Plenty of them around..............why do they always end up on Allotments  ;D

butula the reason they end up on allotment is because no one else usaully wants the responsibility to enforce the rules.
