That is amazing- a trug full!

I've about come to the conclusion I should plant sherry toms twice, the second  almost midway through the season because the cherry tomato canes get long and beaten up looking and leaves are sparce by Aug. and don't produce well.

lottie lou i think GrannieAnnie  accidental misspelled cherry.

goodlife

i think GrannieAnnie  accidental misspelled cherry. ...or she is desperately trying to get sherry pickled cherry tomatoes to grow.. ;) ;D
GA..it won't work!... ;)

plainleaf

i just hope she is not trying to make tomato wine. very strong and not very taste pleasing for most people.  but one hell of kick.

GrannieAnnie

My mistake. It's called Senior Spelling.
(Sherried tomatoes sound terrible)

Mine were all started early; and shoved into an unheated greenhouse as soon as they were about an inch and a half tall. They were slow to get going [I keep a few indoors for an earlier start, but these go into the greenhouse] but because they were treated to cold spells at the start; they seem hardier at the end. If that makes sense.

Still picking....I need to use up the half trug left that are still in the fridge. Might make some HFW ketchup later.

Just finished picking the last of mine. Grew some Golden Peach this year (thanks to seeds from Saddad some time ago I believe  :) )

Best treat of the year as I had to stop growing due to having to sell up our home.  Missed my garden so badly so it was an absolute delight to hurriedly shove some seeds in a tray as soon as we got our house in Feb.

I'm back in the game!  ;D

If it was me it would have been "Garden Peach" not golden.... I didn't realise my handwriting had degenerated so much!  :-[

LOL its my memory. I'm getting old. ;)

Just got another two and a half pounds from the outdoor ones and about a pound from the greenhouse ones..  :)

I picked the last few of my cherry toms in a hanging basket yesterday and put them in a salad with a lettuce and some spring onions from my allotment (NOT winter varieties either)...what an unusual november this is ???
