Wonderful news! I'm all excited on your behalf. What have you got in store for it - more fab pumpkins and barrowloads of onions and shallots, or something completely different?

Ellen K

YAY!!!! Very exciting; a blank canvas - lots of potential.

My plot as I received it, Sep 08:

And as it was last year:

Bon Voyage !!

We have seen the before now don't forget to show us how you are progressing Lisa
When I get old I don't want people thinking
"What a sweet little old lady"........
                             I want em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"

Gordon Bennett!...How far does you 2nd plot go..looks like it is miles long.. :o
You've got something to keep you busy now..bit of winter digging ahead.. :-X

It is here too.  Have you tried refreshing the page?

lisaparkin

Hmmm strange, refeshed  and still nothing.

Ellen K

^^ dunno, sorry, both pictures hosted on photobucket next to each other.

How big is your plot Lisa?  and how do you  intend to tackle it?  I sprayed mine (glyphosate) then dug starting at the front.... it worked but I couldn't sleep at night because my arms kept going numb.

And I still need to buy tonnes more soil improver.

But I love my bit of the planet.

lisaparkin

Ohhh dunno how big, will find out though.  It's going to be cut down, plowed then weed killered, getting help off a friend who works on a farm  ;D
