Do Kestrel potatoes make good chips ?

I've always grown Kestrel, the best all rounder, great size and the slugs tend to leave them alone.   :D

The biggest slug i have is a pensioner with an empty carrier bag. I swear he can smell them being dug up.

I thought this was going to be someone asking how you grow chips. I was all set to explain about potatoes and how food doesn't grow as we get it from the supermarket.  ;D
