Can't find the last time this was covered but it bears repetition.

Pinching out - I said pinch out laterals beyond 2 leaves. An accepted method.

But having fought with the cat's cradle of laterals that continue to grow to several feet, I am going for another commercial method.

Pinch out all growth buds in the nodes. NOT the embryo cues, of course!!

Hopefully this will prevent the plant becoming overloaded & the usual many aborted embryos.
