Thank you all....

No earlies today, I'm afraid. My family insisted that we went off for a pub lunch! (What a hard life I lead....) Only just got back and now it's starting to rain so I can't spend the rest of the digging & weeding at the allotment! Oh dear, what a shame....

But I did a premature dig in the week, so I've already had a couple of meals of Lady C. And a couple of lots of broad beans, plenty of artichokes and a picking of French beans from the GH (and peas tomorrow, in lieu of today).

Sorry I'm so late with my birthday wishes Trevor but glad you had a lovely day and who could want for anything better than this night time rain.
