Allotments 4 All

Anyone here an AG subscriber?  My latest one (dated 26th March) was supposed to have free gladiolus callianthus corms in but didn't, and the plastic wrapper was intact.  I phoned them to see what was going on but so far no response - anyone else get them or not get them?

I get AG  by post and i got the free gladioli. I wonder why you didnt get them - you are in the UK arent you? (they dont sent free seeds/bulbs to non UK subscribers).

What a shame, as you will have seen from the artilce at the front, they are lovely flowers (sorry!). I now have mine planted in pots with other summer bulbs.  :)

I think if you were entitled to them you should chase it up with AG - clearly their fault.

Fantastic - thanks Garden Cadet.  Just what I needed to know.  I shall chase them up...  I like this particular species a lot (though might just pop down the GC and get a larger bagful!)

Update - I got my missing gladdies today - in fact they sent me a few extra too :) as well as an apology.

I shall be planting them as soon as it's safe to do so ie once I've checked how early you can stick them in.
