Ah,its our AGM on the 5th,so Ill be busy shopping for BBQ food and the like that day,so unless someone else offers to do that for me I wont be able to attend (got out of that one didnt I ;))

surely you ( great organiser type) can get someone else to do the shopping ( send them with a list) ;)
