what a rip off  and i thought kings was dear @ £3.75 for 150 sets

It would be cheaper to buy the fully grown onions.  :o

They are plants, not sets why the high price, but yeah, cheaper to go to tescos, won't be long before the garden centers will be full of little pots with a few spring onions for a quid a pot.

Are you sure these aren't the plants not the sets?

I bought a pack of Sturon seeds to have a go with this year (from the evil T&M empire).  Not sure why cos the sets have always done well (my Dad used to grow them) but I thought the plants might do even better.
