Has anybody else got trouble getting emails through..
When I tried to check the service status for my area..I just get message..'Sorry service status is not operational..try again later' ::)...well that was big help ::)
Cannot check the fault because fault checking facility is faulty >:(

A couple of days ago I had trouble sending emails so I went to the forum on the virgin website and found that others had exactly the same problem.

Someone suggested changing the outgoing mail  to smtp.virginmedia.com which I did, and it worked.

It's worth looking on the forum.

Ahh..working again ;D
