Allotments 4 All

I have not bothered to get the car out.....hard enough walking on the sheet ice.

The sun is out this morning.hope things will improve.

A tropical -5c in Notts

Had to go out yesterday to get Tones tooth capped, did some shopping but know all didn't want to get the milk, said he would get it today so he's gotta walk down the road and back up the hill ain't he. ;D. I don't like walking on packed snow.

-4C at ten in the morning in Northamptonshire.

Still -4C here at midday...  8)

The sun's out, we've shot up to 0 degrees and it's still snowing!!

Bloody cold here, but the snow has cleared.  ;D ;D ;D

It's thawing here but raining too so it may turn to snow as the temp drops tonight... I won't be as keen to check tomorrow morning though!  :-X

We had a village celebration last night; our house was open for paintings, mulled wine etc, I sang in choir carols outside and indoors, but temperature was down to - 12 according to several people this morning.

Has shot up to +7 today, but very vicious hail storm at mid-day and freezing again tonight.

Have not visited any of my allotments for over a week, and am missing them more than I can say. And we are in the effete South East.

Its +4 here in oxfordshire tonight summer must be on its way ;D

Can't complain- the two snowstorms are supposed to miss Delaware and hit to the north and south of us.

Blue Sky's n sunshine but sill cold -1 in the shade in Notts.

We have only had a sprinkle of snow since the cold snap started, less than an inch all told.

Yesterday it rained. Today beautifully sunny and I noticed steam rising from the wet. This has now turned into fog and I can just see across the road.

Glad I have no where that I need to go.

let's just say the monkeys are way beyond the brass  ;D

Freezing fog here all day.  Could someone please fix the heating. ;D
