It was so wet I had a paddling pool in the passenger footwell... tomorrow I'm going to be checking the drain plugs... something is blocked with dead leaves...  :-[

Hartlepool is gusty with little bursts of sunshine between showers-typical November really.

Just come back from a week in sunnier climes and finding it very cold and wet indeed.  Thank goodness for thermals.  Mind you we need the rain to fill the water table back up.  Need some veg so will have to brave the mud and go down to the lottie soon.

Am sitting here listening to a Gale outside, all sorts of bangs and a wheelie bin blowing down our Close. I hate wind like this and am always worried regarding roof slates and fencing coming down. It really is that strong.
