They've got seeds in. Apart from wine, any suggestions?

I tried making grape jelly last year but failed miserably - didn't set and then did but tasted burnt.  Chopped the vine back in the spring to free the pear tree.  This year have very few grapes but a bucket load of deelish pears.  Sorry I can't help.

Last year's Concord grapes became my first grape pie which tasted wonderful. I was afraid it would taste like grape jelly but it didn't. I de-seeded the filling through a sieve.

When I make grape jelly, I cook a few apples up with the grapes and the juice of a lemon, it sets ok doing it that way.

I zapped a portion (covered - of course!) in the microwave for one minute last night and had grape compott with custard - not bad at all  :).

You don't have any chickens?...there is not such a thing as surplus with them ::)
If you have food drier you could do your own raisins.. ;D
