made some gooseberry and elderflower cordial, strained it through a jelly bag and put the solid stuff in a pie, yummy  ;D

I would think it was all double yummy, elderflower goes so well with other fruits, have you tried elderflowers with strawberries. thats also double yummy.. ;-)))) qahtan

mmm, never thought of that, qahtan, it'll have to wait until next year, most of the elderflowers are gone  :-\ ;D
