Allotments 4 All

I've paid my subsciption for the next twelve months and the pictures are all in the JPEG format but when I try to upload them I get a message saying "invalid picture format".

If it's because they are too big how do I resize them (they were all taken with a 7 megapixel camera)

http://www.irfanview.com/ is quite good at resizing a load of pictures in one go.

Click on file, batch conversion/rename,
select the pictures you want by using the add, add all buttons
select the output folder and click start batch.

I had exactly the same problem - there seems to be a 2Mb limit on file size for photo files. I resized mine (to 99%) in Microsoft Office Picture Manager, but there's any number of apps that will do it.
