When I get old I don't want people thinking
"What a sweet little old lady"........
                             I want em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"

they look lovely, Shirley
word of caution, don't make a fruit cage with debris netting and wilkies arches, one of the girls is on holiday and the wind has just bent hers and broken them all  :-\

have you ever thought of sending some pics to Wilkies - I'm sure they'd love them (and besides you might get something back!)

Looking great as ever Shirl & Tone  :)

Might just do that 1066.
Manics I think the fact that they used debris netting would be what they did wrong cos its quite heavy. Pond netting would probably be ok. At the moment I don't think ower Tones got any ideas about a fruit cage ;D

Two of our arches are supporting the blackberry and loganberry plants. These have become very heavy, and one of them was really leaning in some recent winds. So we banged in some old tree stakes, attached them to the arches and they are now stronger than they were before. They are quite flimsy, so have a thought to what they are going to be used for  ;) ;) ;) ;)

They are great, and we have about a dozen altogether.  Will look out again for them at the end of the season when the price comes down.

They do look wonderful. We don't have a Wilkinson here, but if I'm ever wandering past one, I'll look out for arches!
