Allotments 4 All

My son brought some seeds back from Hungary for me last year and they are doing well, just wondered if anyone knows this variety and can tell me how big they will grow? Also they are shown as pale yellow on the packet but the instructions say they ripen to red- wonder if they taste better less mature or just don't have the weather to turn red in Hungary?
