my new niece in law would dearly love some of my seeds, as my brother is celebrating his 60th by coming back for a birthday party and holiday, I thought I could send her a package of seed, my brother is worried the seed may cause problems at the airport, how about if we put them in his big case, is this ok?

You are allowwed to take in samll amounts of garden seeds for home use without doing the paperwork, you cannot admit large amounts or comercial amounts XX Jeannine
