It was so nice to read all the birthday messages yesterday - thank you all so much!

Scarecrows Smith gave me a bit of a shock, his head was nearly coming off so I had to do a bit of emergency surgery on him.  He's got over 400 friends on Facebook now, it gives me such a laugh. ;D

Perhaps you could set up a log in here on A4A for him.

Yes, the weather was brilliant and I celebrated my birthday by putting two rows of potatoes in!

I still have a few spuds to go in.  It has been very dry here and the soil has started setting like concrete.  I hope to get the last batch in today.
