Another reason to grow your own and cook your own food, at least you know what's going into it that way.

I cannot believe that people are eating the same food coloring as they put into floor polish and petrol  etc etc. i am so glad i make almost everything we eat its scary to hear all this and what it can do !!.

Pot noodles that contain this dye that I found in the allotment shed are out of date ! Can I claim a refund?

Makes me extra glad I'm a veggie as I don't eat worcestershire sauce. But am alarmed to see many so called vegetarian things are on the list. Although I don't eat ready meals anyway, but other veggies might!
