I know this sounds stupid, and I should know how to do it...

The pages on my web browser are always too big! I am using Firefox and quite often I have to scroll right to read the whole page. I am using XP and know that the answer is obvious...but where???!!

Help!

CTRL -
should do the trick or View, zoom out ;)

Ok, makes font bigger, but that's not the problem, it's the Page Size!! Thanks anyway

You could try seeing what the size font is set at by clicking on Tools (at the top of the page) then Options then Content.  Maybe changing this will help.

There is an Add-on for Firefox called NoSquint which manages the level of Zoom on all pages, if you cannot reduce the page size otherwise.

This is probably down to the resolution you have have your desktop set to.
The higher the res - the more screen real estate you get.

Right Click on desktop, Properties, settings - try adjusting the screen resolution towards more.
Standard for a 17" monitor is 1280 by 1024..
Moved to Portugal - ain't going back!
