can anyone tell me how to change the size of stuff I print off the net ?
We were printing boarding passes and although the print preview showed full size it actually printed postcard size.My son in law fiddled with it and it worked full size and he told me to-
Go to FILE on the toolbar
PAGE SET UP
change size to A4
I do that but it still prints postcard size.My grandaughter is here today and we've tried printing some Moshi monsters (don't ask!)and 3 attempts (trying not to think of the cost of the ink !)still postcard size HELP!!! ??? ??? ??? :-\

I'm no expert but I think it is down to the size of the picture you are trying to copy!

For instance if you copied your avatar which is 1" x ¾" on an A4 sheet it would still be 1" x ¾" choose what settings you set!( try it and see)

To make your subject bigger you have to alter the original picture!

Quite often the problem then is; if you increase the size of the original you lose quality i.e. it may become pixelated!

But as I said I am no expert!

Under the page setup menu, or print preview, or in the printer options box, you should be looking for something that says `Fit to Page`.
