You naughty girl! Do try and rest up and get lots of iron into yourself!
Tulipa - you are so right-this first pregnancy is so special and you don't get to do any of the nice pampering second time round!! And no-one loves you like they did the first time... :(  even the midwifes left me and OH to pretty much get on with it on my second labour!!

Thanks ladies i am resting honest husband only lets me out one day a week to shop so that i dont over do it and i cant be out long as i cant walk far :)

I think the problem is that i am still throwing up so baby is taking all the goodness from me if it take a multi vitamin there like speed spills i cant sleep for about 2 days and my brain is hyper so i cant take one every day.

Babys furniture arrives soon then i can unpack everything out of bags/boxes and might been more prepared.

Hugs

quick update for everyone :)

Had a late scan today baby is now 14 days away (delivery date of 14th has been confirmed as an error and they have gone back to the 18th as originally quoted) and is a whooper the estimated weight now is 4.4kg !! and the femur lenth is almost 80mm so looks like it really likes it in there. (basicaly baby is now in 99.4% of the measurements) thankfully the head is not so big :)

No plans to induce or get things started earlier as baby and i are both fit and well but will defiantly not let me go over the 40 wks.

I am on the other hand a wreck my back is killing (no real surprise given the babys weight) and my skin, hair and nails are not good even with multi vits the baby is just sapping very thing...

So i am doing a lot of resting and a lot of nothing with is driving me bonkers (ok more bonkers).

Rooms ready, bags are packed were picking up car seat and pram saturday just need the baby :(

Glad to hear you're resting because you'll need it for those night feedings!
Sounds like Mother Nature will do everything pretty soon- getting exciting!
The handle on your recliner does not qualify as an exercise machine.

If your planning on breast feeding remember to drink plenty of water, I know it's stating the obvious, but I struggled with my eldest because at first I wasn't drinking enough. :-\
Please don't be offended by my nickname 'Mortality'
As to its history it was the name of a character I played in an online game called 'Everquest'
The character 'Mortality Rate' was a female Dark Elf Necromancer, the name seemed apt at the time and has been used alot by me over the years.

Good that you're getting lots of rest now......you'll need it. There is no rest now until he/she leaves home.....or even after that.  ;)

Thanks for all your kind words from my last update :)

Waters broke this morning at 6.30 had some contractions from 8am to 8.45am then stopped went to the maternity ward and was checked to confirm things were happened then they sent me home again. So we went to starbucks for lunch and home :)

If nothing happens by 7pm tomorrow evening and if they have a bed i am going to be taken into hospital and induced.

So baby is on the way just as well we picked up with car seat on saturday and the pram is due to be delivered next weekend :)

I will post photos and details when baby turns up :)
