It really depends on which bit of DWP your after.
Work (or lack of it)
Pensions
Benefits
Child benefits and care
etc

your starter would be enquiries@dwp.gsi.gov.uk
or try the government site www.dwp.gov.uk

I bet it's 20 "working" days too - 4 weeks to you & me, 5 with Christmas in the middle.

Telephone or a physical visit will speed things up, but will cost you lots of time. It depends how urgent/important your inquiry is.

got a reply this morning, an utter waist of time, just passed me on to diff departments
