I don't like it when it gets dark early.  Not only because it's depressing but also because I work next to Epping forest and the road I have to walk up from work to the bus stop has no lighting! :o  Just me and me torch 'n' knuckle-duster, LOL!

Our youngest put her phone back last night, got up this morning & was pottering around at a leasurely pace when she looked up at the lounge clock which said 11o'clock, should be 10. We were due in 30mins. That can't be right. Oh bugger the phone puts itself back so she had in fact lost an hour. Only my girl could do that, or could she. Is she the only one?

I was at work today, and my clock is supposed to reset itself electronically........but of course I could not trust it to do that, so took OH's watch to bed as well to see the 'real' time in case it had not reset itself ::) ::)

Consequence...I woke up at 3am and was groping around in the dark to see if the clock had gone back by itself compared to the watch...and it had! Went back to sleep for three hours, up at 6am....... ::)
If it's not pouring with rain, I'm either in the garden or at the lottie! Probably still there in the rain as well TBH....🥴

The idea is to switch to CET, so we would be GMT+1 in winter and GMT+2 in summer.
You would do this by not going back one Autumn.

This gets said every year, people in Scotland don't want to do this, and it seems stupid for England and Scotland to be in different time zones, so will probably never happen.
