has anyone else seen the A4a banner advert for "Stoppared" anti-attack spray?  :o Anyone sprayed me wih that, I'd beat them to death

What's to stop some thug spraying some innocent soul just for the hell of it  ???

mace or pepperspray IS illegal to own/carry in this country, only authorised liscened people (security, police etc..) can use it, all this advert is saying here is a very expensice can of red paint. it isnt mace just a spray paint........ for all the dumb people in the world............
