we got really good results with senshyu yellow onion sets this year, unfortunately, you're a bit too far from our supplier, he's somewhere about bolton

We grew Radar and Try this year. The Radar was the better of the two and it keeps for longer. Will definitely be growing them again.
When I get old I don't want people thinking
"What a sweet little old lady"........
                             I want em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"

I also grew Yellow Senshyu, only because thats what our local gardening centre had in, the onions were a fair size and they all come up and at £1 per 1lb you can't grumble.  ;)     ;D ;D ;D
MAY THE CORN BE WITH YOU.

Hi you can have a look at Dobies, they have a range of autumn onion sets. That also have a selective seed sale on at the moment. Just Google Dobies you will get there. Good Luck.

No Flower tho I can feel a quote coming on...

To grow or not to grow....If you can look into the seeds of time, and say which grain will grow and which will not, speak then to me.    ;D
