Robert - I'll try the local association and see if they can help - but the trouble is that I think that the  council are worried about being sued if anyone is stung from a bee that lives on council property!

will they be able to prove which hive the bee came from? (they do fly for 3 or so miles) ;)

Well, exactly......... but this is the council I am talking about ;D
