Camomile is in flower just now.

Pick the flowers and soak them for a few weeks. In February 2010, dilute the camomile extract 1 to 10 and water your seedlings with it.

Camomile is a natural fungicide. You'll prevent "damping off" in your onions and parsnips in loo rolls.  :)

only got about 10 this year so not enough for a fungicide too  ;D
