Can someone please help me to identify this plant.  I think it is called "Colomonea" or similar.  It is an annual and seeds its self freely in my garden and next door!! Grows to about 2 foot tall.

Barnowl

Is that the same family as Oleander?

Flighty

Barnowl no Nerium oleander is a different species,  it's an evergreen shrub and poisonous!

Thanks Flighty, I nearly had it right.  It is quite a pretty plant so I shall continue to let it misbehave.

I haven't seen that plant before. Looks a little like my sweet rocket that seeds itself. Perhaps at the end of the year we could do a swap with the seeds..(thats if you like swet rocket)
When I get old I don't want people thinking
"What a sweet little old lady"........
                             I want em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"

Ellie2cats as you say it's a pretty plant! If you should collect and have any spare seed then I'd be interested in some as well.

Hello Flighty and Shirlton

If my Collomia behaves as it did last year I should have plenty of seeds will keep a few flower heads in September. Will be in touch.
I don't think I know sweet rocket but it sounds as though I may want to.
Thanks

Flighty
