Footy was on so OH has recorded it. Anything gluten free sounds good to me. Will watch it in the morning.

I caught the end of it. I thought the fish starter looked delicious.

I haven't seen it yet, recorded because of the footie. :(We always watch H.F.W. programmes, and i've got one of his books,I i like his waste not attitude .The mashed potato thing sounds interesting ,the birds often get ours unless it's spiked with garlic. :o

I have a 15 year old mashed potato eating monster who will eat as much as the other three of us twice over...never have any left over for bubble and squeak.....which is why my Kids have never had it!

River cottage is on again tonight, channel 4  ;D

Mr Smith

I watched good old Hugh last night once again being himself with several million quid stuck in ya back pocket, what Hugh should of known about most things you take from the wild to eat you do have to remove guts and membrane and also nasties from vegetation, but Hugh being one of the lads tried to prepare and then eat a garden slug wrapped up in every conceiveable spice you could name, personally I'm not impressed but I do like the programme and his goats which would taste very nice in one of his curries, :)
