I have some hybrid Hellebore seed for disposal freshly collected this wekend. Anyone interested please send PM with address.

what colour are your hybrid helebores Eristic?

Any pics? I'd like some anyway (PM on the way) but there are hybrids and hybrids! They're easy if they're obtained fresh and planted at once.

They are from the oriental types mixed. The parent flowers range from purple, pink creamy and blotchy. The offspring will be a right old mix up but in the past I've had lots of pale pink and light purple. Cannot do pictures at the moment because my camera is dead.

That sounds great.  I've got loads of darkish purple ones (atrorubens of gardens), but not many of any other colour. I have several lots of seed sitting in pots, but as it wasn't fresh it's a tossup whether it'll ever do anything.

Eristic, your plants are miles ahead of mine!!! I don't have seed pods yet!!!! Hellebores are something special, love them :)
