#1
Two winners this time. Pic's 6 and 5 submitted by Tony and Laurie respectively. Both with a count of 9 votes. Very well done. Close on your heels was Paulines7 with an appropriate 7 votes.

Many thanks to those others for having a go at 'Blossoms'.
In no particular order; Denise, Toadspawn, Thifisamom and TeeGee. All were worthy submissions.
Cheers, Ken.

Any comments in here, please.
Thanks, Ken.

well done guys, what tree is the yellow one, it sure got my vote :)

These were all very good pictures and I had a dilemma knowing which one to vote for.  Given that the definition that blossom is the flowers of fruit trees, I would be interested to know what fruits are produced by 1 and 6.  Is number 1 a grape vine?  It looks very interesting.

Congratulations to Tony and Laurie.

It's an Italian Maple, at Kew Gardens. blossom refers to the flowers of trees, as opposed to herbs.
You couldn't make it up!

Toadspawn

Number 1 is a Red Currant.

Number 1 is a Red Currant.

I should have recognised them having about 15 in my fruit cage.  The blossom on mine are nowhere as long as that, but then my bushes were old when we moved in here ten years ago!!
