Allotments 4 All

I have been waiting on Wandsworth Council Borough for about 4 years still still with no success.

Does anyone know of any private allotment sites in or near Wandsworth that are accepting new members - happy to pay!

I watched River Cottage recently, where Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall helped a small group of people (8 I think) claim waste land from their local Council. There they set up an allotment come smallholding.

Apparently the law is that if enough people are interested in waste ground the Council are obliged to give it to you or at least a proportion of it.
