Allotments 4 All

these 2 girls make up the greyhound unit of our ever expanding pack.  Sky and Jet have been with me since they were 16 months old (6 later this year) so never raced...apart from against each other in the park  ;D



the two legged pack members are my DH and SD

They are beautiful.  I have a retired grey who is now 9 and a half.  She is so lovely.  She raced until nearly 4 then we adopted her.  She has a very strong prey drive so I can't let her off lead, but she runs around the garden!  Such lovely natured dogs - I can't imagine owning any other breed now.

I know what you mean!  I used to think I was a 'dog person' now I just think I am a 'greyhound person' they kind of get you that way don't they?  She looks beautiful in your avator by the way  :)

thanks  :) yes they are sisters.  I was only looking to adopt one greyhound but when the kennels rang and said they had littermates looking for a home together and that I could pick one.....I couldn't possibly take one and not the other!
