Allotments 4 All

Well, I have my plot which has now been expanded by the council to 284 sq metres :o

We have started clearing it, and if I can figure it out I will post some pics, hopefully here is one before we started:

Spent all day Sunday up there with a petrol strimmer clearing the grass and lighting many bonfires as I went.  Ground was very very boggy in places, I presume this is due to it be so overgrown and the soil not being able to dry out at all.
There is a nice big hardstanding at the top by the trees, perfect for a shed etc (not that you can see it at the moment ::)).  Going to try and draw up a plan for the plot this week before we start rotivating some of it to make into beds.
Absolutely shattered this morning lol, aching in places I didn't think I could.
