   ......  and can, apparently nominate a replacement and have it seconded.

   Thought  that under the circumstances it should have been an open vote

   for all plot holders to nominate a new Convenor,    We have no committee,

   just two who run the place and the other is a treasurer .

Our rules say we can co-opt but only until the next AGM or an EGM if called for that purpose.....  :-\
