when we signed up with virgin for Broadband only (No phone or telly in this house, thanks) it was for a Tenner a month. just read next months bill, it's gone up to £18 ?? (the 18 month fixed price sketch has ended)
'phoned them up, asked if they could recomend another supplier of broadband at a more preferable rate;  ;D ;D
Guess what, Instant £7 off next months bill, and another £1 off if we transfer to e-bills,
So all that faffing around, and it's back to a tenner a month!! woo woo!!  ;D ;D ;D
Hassle your supplier, they hate to lose customers!!! ;)
