As I trolled around Tesco @ 7.30 am (sad) for some more wine to dull my senses for this breakfest, a guy passed me 3 times complaining  - once on his mobile - there are no parsnips!
One sad tw*t.

                             I want em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"

As I trolled over to my allotment at 7:30 am (happy) for some more leeks and parsnips to invigorate my senses for todays dinner I passed 2 other guys with carrier bags full of freshly dug muddy parsnips.

Three happy tw*ts.  ;D

I've probably got enough to last till next Christmas as well.

Yep i came back from holiday yesterday morning (5am at hearthrow not fun) and after a few hours rest went to collect my shopping it was so odd they have had the list for 4 weeks and yet on the shopping was a list of stuff they had not included

Sprouts
Parsnips
Potatoes
Double Cream
Puff Pastry

So i had to run around 2 other supermarkets to make sure i got all i needed i did not plant parsnips and my spouts died but all was well :) Even managed to collect 4 packages that had been kept by the post office for me.

Turkey Crown, green ham, sausages and bacon where in the fridge waiting for me when i landed as my friend who was checking on the house picked it up from the butcher (same one he uses)

Had a wonderful Christmas dinner topped off with some redcurrant jelly made with Lindisfarne Mead which was amazing even my MIL who does not drink though it was wonderful so its going to be on my usual christmas list :)
