I have some frozen elderberry juice and I need to know how much juice will be the same as 3 lbs of elderberries or needed for one gallon of wine

It varies according to variety, ripeness etc... but you usually get between 235ml-250ml of juice from each pound of elderberries.

Thank you Baccy, it looks as if I have enough juice to make one more Gal. of wine.
