frozen fruit

Hi all

i have recently found some goose berries and blackcurrants in the freezer from this summer, will they still make a decent wine or will they have deteriorated?

They'll be excellent, thaw them overnight in your brew bucket, even easier to squish next morning than when fresh - and makes room in the freezer for more homemade mince pies ;)
