Allotments 4 All

I remember reading somewhere that one of these is better for some people than the other..something about thinning the blood, tried googling..no luck.any ideas, anyone ?

Mix them together then you can't go wrong.

Avery good friend of mine on the allotment swears by his brandy and has a wee dram every night but it must be the best brand he says.
It must be doing him the world of good as he is now 82 and he only takes him about three days to dig his ten pole plot
Whether or not it helps thin the blood i don't know but looking at how fit he is i think i might try it myself.
