We managed for 4 days. But no need, now, to cut our nails!!

Cut off from the World - just as a friend had moved into his car in Santa Barbara, US, with his Wife & 2 dogs, when evacuated from the fires.

Just as we were negotiating the Plumber, the Painter, a birthday Party..............!!

At least I didn't have to go through the London Blitz - living in the Underground. My Mum got a bomb through her bedroom roof. Really messed up her linen sheets!!

Live without the internet? Sorry to say, NOT ONE MINUTE!!!

Use it to check recipes, check on here to see what to grow or not and how, look for work, catch up with friends, check bank account, see how to save money on insurance/holidays, book holidays, look for new house....

Everything.

d**n. How sad am I?

Only had it since last Christmas,  .....  well, have somewhere else to go when OH is
watching football   [ if it's Spurs or Brum i'm there with him ],     8)

Keep in touch with the family --  constantly,   it has been thier world for much longer, grandchildren
are educating me with PC, - more contact !    :-*

I can log into A4A and have a laugh,  bit of a banter, and get valuable advise.

How long ....   not long    ::)

If it's not pouring with rain, I'm either in the garden or at the lottie! Probably still there in the rain as well TBH....🥴
