Wow,must admit I did not see him,busy watching the ball.

I was convinced he was not on the first play so ran it again. :)

I cycle most days, and am aware of this problem with motorists, all they look out for is other cars! ;)

I work in London, but would never cycle there - too dangerous. The streets and cars don't make a safe environment. I understand that couriers (cycle and motortbike) have a very high rate of being hit.

Mind you, cyclists are my biggest hazard as a pedestrian! I have even been hit by one while on a green pedestrian crossing. I have to jump back from them carrering across crossing frequently. I'm sure many cyclists think that they are invunerable and that traffic rules don't apply to them....
