I've got a recipe for the bread maker to make dough..if you can mix it yourself, it's a lovely recipe..I'll dig it out if you'd like to see it  :)

got it, Im afraid it's in cups but I bought some cup sized measures
half cup tepid black tea
three quarters cup warmed milk
2 tbspns melted, cooled butter (I use olive oil)
2 tbspns caster sugar( I use 1)
half tspn salt
3 cups white bread flour
1 tspn dried yeast (don't know what it would be for fresh)
mixed fruit and peel, 4 1/2 ozs
milk and flour for dusting
make the dough, divide into 8, shape into rounds and squash to 3/4" thick
cover and allow to rise slowly until doubled in size, rush with milk, allow to cool and eat
cook on gas 6, 400f, 200c
20 mins, allow to cool and eat  ;D
